The challenge
Legacy third-party RMM and remote support suites suffer from bloated endpoint agents, laggy remote desktop framing, complex firewall port-forwarding requirements, and fragmented multi-tenant security audit trails.
Our approach
Denwen engineered a sovereign, high-frequency RMM platform from the ground up — combining a lightweight signed Windows background service with a Next.js cloud control plane, sub-50ms WebRTC desktop streaming, instant 9-digit ad-hoc customer support codes, and immutable session audit logs.
